Using my unique skill set I work with women who are burning out, unwell or even chronically ill from the relentless stress of daily life.
My goal is to help women slow down and take better care of themselves by connecting to their bodies, their needs, their boundaries and honouring their worth. This is done through building good physical health, a regulated nervous system and cultivating a tool box of healthy cognitive processing and self care.
I've had my own health journey and I am currently in recovery from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) which has been the worst and best thing that ever happened to me.
It has been the greatest life challenge and also generated an incredible amount of personal growth and inner healing. It is a journey that has allowed me to dive deeper into my own soul and in doing so, connect with and support women at a level of equal depth.
